When we work together, I will mainly use talk therapy, usually under the cognitive behavioral therapy model (CBT) because it has the most evidence backing in terms of decreasing symptoms many of us face including unmanaged anxiety, depression, adjustments in life, bi-polar, borderline and many other conditions or symptoms that be experienced.  CBT states that thoughts, situations, behaviors, and feelings are all connected.
